1. The Figures for the quarter ended on 30.09.2006 and also for 15 months year ended 30.06.2007 have been regrouped rearranged to conform with the figures for the current quarter.
2. Previous year accounts is for the extended period upto 30th June 2007. Hence the results for the quarter ended 30th September 2007 is the first quarter results for the current year.
3. The effect of revised Accounting Standard (AS) 15 - i.e., Employees' Benefits issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India will be given effect at the end of current financial year. However Employees' Benefits have been provided on the b
4. The operation of the Company relates to only one segment, viz., domestic appliances.
5. The number of Investor complaints received during the quarter were 34 and all have been resolved/disposed of, and there were no investor complaints pending at the beginning as well as end of the quarter.
6. Limited review of the financial results for the Company for the quarter ended September 30th 2007 has been carried out by the Statutory Auditors.
7. The above results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 31st October 2007.
