1. The Figures for the quarter ended on 30.09.2007 and for 15 months period ended on 30.06.2007 have been regrouped/ rearranged to conform with the figures for the current quarter and current period of 15 months ended  30.09.2008.
2. The results for the quarter ended 30th September 2008 are the 5th quarter results.
3.  The operation of the Company relates to only  one segment, viz., domestic appliances.
4.  The number of Investor complaints received during the quarter were 21,  which have been resolved / disposed of.    There were no investor complaints pending at the beginning as well as end of the quarter.
5.  Limited review of the financial results for the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2008 has been carried out by the Statutory Auditors.
6.  The above results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 30.10.2008
