	1. The Figures for the quarter ended on 31.12.2007 and for 15 months period ended on 30.06.2007 have been regrouped/ rearranged to conform with the figures for the current quarter and current period of 18 months ended  on 31.12.2008.
	2. The results for the quarter ended 31st December 2008 are the 6th quarter results.
	3.  The operation of the Company relates to only  one segment, viz., domestic appliances.
	4.  The number of Investor complaints received during the quarter were 7,  which have been resolved / disposed of.    There were no investor complaints pending at the beginning as well as end of the quarter.
	5. In compliance with the directions of Hon'ble BIFR, the Company will submit its audited balance sheet for 18 months period ended on 31.12.08 along with its application for deregistration.
	6.  The above results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 14.3.2009
