	1	The operation of the Company relates to only one segment,  viz.,  domestic appliances.
	2	The Company has entered into an agreement with Industrial Development Bank of India towards restructing of its dues payable to them after waiver of interest/penal interest/liquidated damages  of Rs.505.99 lakhs chrged upto 31.3.2004.  The waiver amount is taken in the profit and loss account as exceptional item. Interest for the current year has been charged to the profit and loss account in terms with the revised contracted rate and adjustment of Rs.127.60 lakhs has been carried out in the quarter ended 31.03.2005.
	3	The Company has carried out the assessment of impairment of assets and there is no impairment of assets as defined in Accounting Standard AS-28.
	4	Number of Investors' Complaints:
		i) Received during the quarter ended 31st March, 2005.		28
		ii) Lying unresolved as on 31st March, 2005.		Nil
		iii) Disposed off during the quarter ended 31st March, 2005.		28
	5	Figures for the previous periods have been regrouped/rearranged wherever necessary to conform to the current periods' classifications.
	6	The above results as reviewed by Audit Committee were taken on record by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 30th June, 2005
