| 1. The Figures for the quarter ended on 30.06.2008, six months ended 30.06.2008 and for 18 months period ended on 31.12.2008 have been regrouped/ rearranged to conform with the figures for the current quarter ended on 30.06.2009.

| 2. The results for the quarter ended 30th June 2009 are the 2nd quarter results. |
| 3. Necessary provision, if any will be made in the year end for doubtful debts after review.
|
| 4. The operation of the Company relates to only one segment, viz., domestic appliances.
|
| 5. The number of Investor complaints received during the quarter were 9, which have been resolved / disposed of. There were no investor complaints pending at the beginning as well as end of the quarter.
|
| 6. The Company has submitted its application to Hon'ble BIFR for deregistration of its name from the list of sick companies.
|
| 7. The above results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 30.07.2009
